    What’s a personal goal you’re working toward currently?
    Ironman Busselton in December 2026 - I am in my mid 30’s and trying to hold on to my last bit of fitness!

    How do you usually start your day — any rituals or must-haves?
    Always start the day with exercise, not matter how much you want to stay in bed you will always feel better afterwards.

    How do you keep up with changes / trends / new risks in the insurance industry?
    As a team we attend the conventions, webinars and training days as much as we can. It’s changing so quickly now that we need to be across all new Underwriters entering the market!

    I would love to have dinner with 1. Lisa Kudrow 2. Robbie Williams 3. Amada Blair

    What do you do to unplug / recharge when work is done?
    I love to read books.  I read all types of books but lately have really been enjoying Crime/detective type novels, David Baldaci is one author I really enjoy.

    What’s a cause or issue you’re passionate about outside of work?
    I am passionate about helping the community that I live in thrive.  I do this by volunteering at my local football club – The Cove Football Club – I think local clubs like these are the backbone of our communities.

    Will Ferrell.  Step Brothers, best comedy movie ever made.

    How do you usually start your day — any rituals or must-haves?
    Always start the day with a walk, because the dog demands it, and a nice hot tea.

    What’s your favourite quote or motto (and why)?
    “There will never be a right time, stop waiting and start doing”  We often focus so much on the externals, we need to start focusing on our dreams and making them happen.
